Central to achieving educational equity is the development and support of school and district leaders.  Pacific Educational Group’s programming engages leaders at every level in thoughtful exploration of institutionalized racism and its impact on student learning, providing professional learning experiences that support leaders to develop the will, skill, knowledge, and capacity to achieve district-wide equity transformation and eliminate racial educational disparities.
